Video: Alicia Keys – Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart

I made it through most of the video and couldn’t put together the point… until the very end! And although I can see the correlation between the song and the story of the video, it’s not as strong of a concept as I expected for a song as great as Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart. For those of you that don’t get it, Alicia is a superhero (think Rogue from X-Men). Her gift is that she can use her powers to save the world and make things right for everyone. The curse is that her powers won’t allow her to ever get close with another human being. You can find this song on The Element of Freedom, in stores December 15.
