Ryan Leslie is hard at work on album #3 Les Is More, which he announced about two weeks ago. This is a bit of a new sound for R-Les, not nearly as mellow and smooth as his other stuff. Now I’ll admit, I’m the first one to call out Mr. Leslie for all his stuff sounding the same, but don’t compromise your artistic ability just to get mainstream or club appeal. Not feelin this at ALL!!

Ok Ryan I have one question…WHY?!?! There are so many artists, and I use that word loosely, out there already sportin this look. I thought you were going to be different, somewhat of a breath of fresh air to counter all the “drop it like it’s hot, let me slam u up against a wall, show me your goodies” crap that’s already out there. Guess not. It’s ashame when an artist feels he/she has to go to a place their music never should to sell records. I’m not impressed…at all. What a waste.
