Disturbing Tha Peace/Island Def Jam Recording artist Rudy Currence is back with a brand new single The O.T.H.E.R. fresh from his forthcoming untitled mixtape, to be released later this year. It’s a new sound for Rudy, fusing his classic soul vibe with an edgier, more electronic-type sound on this Don Cannon-produced track. I’m digging this new sound, and vibe for Rudy and I’m glad to hear there’s more new music coming. Projected release date for the mixtape is set for November and he’s still hard at work on his forthcoming debut album Black Keys & Blue Skies, also coming soon!
