Rihanna rocks her new platinum blonde style in the video for ‘You Da One‘, the latest single from her 6th album “Talk That Talk“, in stores now (read the review). The song isn’t my favorite on the album, but in true Rih style the video gives me a better appreciation for the music. Her infamous crotch grab resurfaces amidst several shots of Rihanna gettin’ her sexy on while the lyrics to this tune flash around sporadically. She also rocks her custom made grill mouthpiece in a few of the shots (see the behind-the-scenes clip of Rihanna’s grill) I can’t help but notice Rihanna and Chris are both having their blonde phase. Simultaneously. Okay, that’s all I’mma say about that.
This is yet another example of why Rihanna’s killing the game over her pop counterparts. Her sex appeal is undeniable and her music is on a level that reaches her fans. Even with the tweaks and nuances on this album, her sound and style remain intact with some expected maturation. I definitely recommend you check out “Talk That Talk” but for now watch the newly blonde Rihanna flex her sexy…
