It’s been a miraculous year for Adele, and she caps it off with the #1 album in the WORLD and a slew of awards to add to her trophy collection. Yesterday she tore the stage down with a powerful performance of her smash single ‘Rolling In The Deep‘. She also took home Album of the Year yesterday for her highly acclaimed album “21” and, after being cut short in her acceptance speech by the show’s producers flipped off “the suits” with the middle finger. Can’t say I blame her… it isn’t her fault your show is “running over”, let her give her speech!
In other news this week, Adele’s album “21” is in it’s 21st week at #1 on the Billboard charts and has experienced a 200% jump in sales. 730,000 copies were sold in the week following her 6 Grammy wins! And her debut album “19″ is back in the top 5 too! Anyway, I can’t say enough how much I love this song! I’m hoping that with her vocal chords back at full strength, she’ll resume and reschedule some of the dates from her tour last year. Check out her performance below, let me know what ya think!
