Kanye West JUST hit the studio at Hot 97 with Angie Martinez to premiere his NEW track See MeNow ft. Charlie Wilson and Beyonce. Production on the record includes No I.D. and Lex Luger from his forthcoming album which still has no official title. NEW VIDEO: Beyonce – Why Don’t You Love Me?

Posted by Mack On May - 4 - 2010

He made it a hot line, she made it a hot song. Well, kinda… Here’s the new video from Mrs. I’m-taking-a-break Beyonce Knowles-Carter. With a line from Jay-Z’s Haters, she created this new song Why Don’t You Love Me? Now, there’s been no official word as to where this song will appear, but the video shows the many faces and looks of Beyonce in her role as housewife. I just hope for Jay’s sake that these lyrics aren’t true-to-life. Take care of that homie!! The song, like a lot of her other recent work, will probably have to grow on me, I’m just not really feelin this. Stay tuned, we’ll have more info as it becomes available… Read the rest of this entry »

Jay and Beyonce’s stage chemistry is just too freakin’ awesome. Those two are made to be on stage together… I wouldn’t mind seeing a Beyonce/Jay-Z tour… worldwide, international just so they could rock the world. Beyonce takes on Mr. Hudson’s role on hubby Jay’s Young Forever single performed live at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California. Beyonce hits the stage in some sexy shorts and a shirt that reads “Punk Ass Mother Fucker”… I see you Mrs. Carter. Fine ass…

Props to UHTN

Since they won’t set the official video free, we’ll settle for these two beautiful ladies performing their new song together LIVE for the first time at Madison Square Garden. I must admit, I didn’t like this joint at first, but it’s growing on me – as is much of Alicia’s latest album The Element of Freedom where this song appears. Read the rest of this entry »

MUST SEE VIDEO: Lady Gaga ft. Beyonce – Telephone

Posted by Mack On March - 11 - 2010

Well, after weeks of waiting and release date pushbacks (on a music video?) we finally get the video for Telephone featuring Lady Gaga and Beyonce. And folks, it was WORTH THE WAIT!! This 9 minute-clip is shot Tarantino-style and even features the infamous Pussy Wagon from the Kill Bill saga. Lady Gaga’s creative energy knows no bounds! I’ve always thought she channeled Madonna but the influence really shows in this video.  I must say this is one of the best videos I’ve seen from any artist in quite some time! It’s edgy, it’s sexy, it’s outside the box! Check out the cameo from Tyrese as well. The dance breakdown near the end sets the whole thing off. Enjoy and leave your thoughts on the Bey-Gaga collab below! Read the rest of this entry »

Beyonce – Waiting

Posted by Mack On December - 24 - 2009

Mrs. Carter redeems herself graciously after that god-awful Black Culture song we got yesterday… this is a much more familiar Beyonce sound produced by that masterful Stargate team. There’s been talk of a new Beyonce album in 2010… no comment. Song after the jump… Read the rest of this entry »

NEW Beyonce – Black Culture

Posted by Mack On December - 23 - 2009

Sounds like a B-side from Sasha over Michael Jackson’s infamous Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough. Just speculating but it could be a promo jingle for something, not sure. Could be something she just recorded playing around in the studio. Take a listen… what ya think? Read the rest of this entry »

Alicia Keys ft. Beyonce – Put It In A Love Song

Posted by Mack On December - 4 - 2009

After much anticipation, here’s the duet from Alicia Keys and Beyonce, set to appear on Keys’ upcoming album The Element of Freedom. If I’m being totally honest, this joint is aight but I think it’ll grow on me. It’s just not really a good sound for the two of them together. I wanted MORE. I’m spoiled, I was expecting a ballad, but I think it’s better this way – a ballad may have turned into a shouting match…

VIDEO: Beyonce & Lady Gaga – Video Phone

Posted by Mack On November - 16 - 2009

This is definitely the most creative video from the I Am…Sasha Fierce collection. Beyonce brings in pop diva-on-the-rise Lady Gaga for a remixed and extended version of Video Phone. I couldn’t help but notice that this is the most tame I’ve ever seen Lady Gaga in a music video. I guess they toned her down so Beyonce wouldn’t be outdone. What do u think? And while you’re at it, check out my homie The Glamour Whore for her thoughts on the vid!

Beyonce & Lady Gaga – Video Phone x Telephone

Posted by Mack On November - 14 - 2009

Whoever decided to put these two pop stars together struck pure platinum with that idea! Honestly, I wouldn’t mind a Beyonce x Lady Gaga tour, or hell even a collaborative album. These two tracks with both of them are fire!! Beyonce needs the variation that Lady Gaga brings, and Lady Gaga could benefit from doing something huge with a mega star like Beyonce. I see a mutually beneficial partnership in the making…
