Dipset Reunites With New Music – Salute

Posted by Mack On June - 27 - 2010

Well it finally happened, the Dipset has officially reunited with their new track Salute. Word on the street is that this was supposed to happen at Hot 97′s Summer Jam this year but Jim Jones wasn’t allowed into the venue so plans were nixed. So I heard. Anyway, here’s the new joint from the Dipset. Honestly, I was never much a fan of these dudes, individually or collectively, but I definitely think Juelz and Cam are the most talented of the crew. The beef, which was primarily Jones and Cam, was ended earlier this year, and a new project is said to be in the works – we shall see. The Dip Agenda, coming soon… Read the rest of this entry »

I can think of so many things this video needs. First: a budget. Second: a stylist. Seriously, what the hell is going on with the apparel in this video? Third: A reality check. It takes more than a car, thirsty vixens and a few less-than-important cameos to make a video. And folks wonder why we rave over Lady Gaga’s videos. Put up against mindless crap like this she’s a video goddess…

Lloyd Banks ft. Juelz Santana – Beamer, Benz or Bentley

Posted by Mack On February - 8 - 2010

Both fellas came hard on this track ((PAUSE)) but the hook irks me to no end. It bugs the hell out of me because it’s so elementary… NOT APPROVED! With a video on the way, this track is undoubtedly headed forĀ  Banks’ third studio effort which should see the light of day later this year. Read the rest of this entry »

Juelz Santana ft. Lil Wayne – Home Run

Posted by Mack On January - 19 - 2010

Is it me or is this beat strikingly similar to Money To Blow? Oh, and prepare yourself to hear more of Lil Wayne crying in auto-tune. Home Run is the single from Juelz’ forthcoming album Born to Lose, Built to Win, his third release. This joint is aight, but I don’t think it’s the home run Juelz was looking for. Is Lil Wayne’s status as the “go-to-guy” in hip-hop starting to wear thin? Read the rest of this entry »

Juelz Santana ft. Lil Wayne – I Move The Damn Thing

Posted by Mack On December - 23 - 2009

Juelz Santana joins forces with Lil Wayne on the latest joint to surface from the sessions for his upcoming album Born To Lose, Built To Win, due out next year. Beat goes hard, but Juelz’ has nothing new to say, neither does Wayne for that matter… Read the rest of this entry »

Video: Juelz Santana ft. Chris Brown – Back To The Crib

Posted by Mack On December - 16 - 2009

I really hate to say it but Chris Brown always seems to outshine Juelz when they collab, though this song wasn’t a total failure. Chris’ infamous bowtie makes a cameo in the video, along with Lloyd Banks, Red Cafe, Jim Jones and a few others.Born To Lose, Built To Win, 2010…

Juelz Santana – Gangsta Love (REMIX)

Posted by Mack On December - 1 - 2009

Would it be blasphemy to say that Juelz Santana killed this Snoop track? Fine, I won’t say it… I WILL say I was highly impressed with the former Dipset member spittin over this joint… Hot? Yeah, we think so too… New album, Born To Lose, Built To Win coming in 2010!

Audio: Gangsta Love Fuck

This has gotta be one of the hottest club joints out right now, just makes you feel like having a good time. As usual, everybody jumps on remixes to the hot tracks, Juelz is no exception. His verse is actually aight. The original version includes Fab and appears on Trey Songz’ latest album, Ready, which is in stores now…

Juelz Santana ft. Jim Jones – Harlem Forever

Posted by Mack On October - 5 - 2009

Everybody’s jumping on the New York tributes these days, and while this joint is a nice use of the Forever track, it has nothing on Empire State of Mind. Juelz’ lyric game is on point on this one… nice!

This Juelz/Chris Brown collaboration came out recently on the newest Evil Empire mixtape, so here’s the no DJ/CDQ version, thanks to Miss Info. Produced by Polow Da Don. From what we hear, this will be on Juelz’ upcoming album. When is that coming out? Stay tuned. Don’t be surprised if this isn’t the final version.
