There's good and bad with this song: Good - it's an empowerment joint for women coming from a man. Bad - It sounds like a Plies record. I can hear it as a warm weather summertime song, but I think it's lacking in the lyrics and creativity. Not sure how far this one will go. Don't Need No Man is another cut off Chris J.'s debut album Secrets due out later this year. In a Sound-Savvy interview, Chris J. discussed his work with Plies and his intention to make this debut album a pleaser for the ladies.
