Just when you thought it was safe to write off Teairra Mari as another one hit-wonder, she brings her 4-year hiatus to a screeching halt with a bigger and bolder sound for her sophomore album. This is her anthem of resilience, Built For This, the first single from her forthcoming album At That Point due out in Spring of 2009. After her debut on Roc-a-fella failed to bring in sales, she's switched over to Interscope to continue her career. This joint actually sounds really good, but I'll need a second single before I decide to buy. I'm really feelin the message in this joint though, success is more than talk, you've got to be built for this game!
