For the past few weeks, Jay Sean's Down has been in the top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. He may be new to us in the US, but Jay Sean has been making hits in the UK for a few years now, and he's really heated up the British chart. For his US debut, he's signed to (wait for it) Cash Money Records and is preparing to release his first US album, All Or Nothing this November. The single is a nice collab, though I think it would be just as hot without labelmate Lil Wayne. Its very pop and sounds a bit boy band-ish, but that's what makes it a hit. Check it out...
