Here's the latest in the long line of ATL Hometown love anthems. Ehhh, not really a fan of the Dream's vocals on this, and never really been a fan of Shawty Lo or his whisper-rap style. In fact, Ludacris could have done this one with a whole different cast: Bobby V. on the hook, and T.I. on the verses.

John Legend ft. Estelle and Ludacris - All Night Long
John Legend is determined not to end up in that box of singers whose music becomes the stuff of elevator rides and grocery store visits. Although this song isn't set to appear on an actual album, it will be on the new mixtape from DJ Storm: Desert Storm South R&B Radio Pt. 6. Ludacris and Estelle bring an edginess we hadn't yet heard next to John Legend but it works, and it's a nice spin on the Lionel Richie sample too...
Letoya Luckett featuring Ludacris - Regret
This beat sounds almost identical to Mary Mary's The God In Me. Putting that aside, this is a HOT track!! Letoya Luckett is comin' hard for her Lady Love album, due in stores in just over a month. Suspicion looms over who this track is directed at, if anyone. As usual, Luda's on deck to make it a banger!
Ludacris & Shawnna - Everybody Drunk
Back in December during a brief interview with Sound-Savvy, Ludacris broke word that he and Shawnna would be recording an album together, Battle of the Sexes. Since that news hit the streets, anticipation has been wild over this album. So for all my DTP and Luda fans (including myself), here's the first single from that project, entitled Everybody Drunk. Ludacris brings his witty wordplay and punchlines over a chopped and screwed hook, and Shawnna holds it down as the first lady of Disturbin' Tha Peace, holding her own quite well alongside Luda. After hearing this, I'm definitely ready for the whole project, including what I'm sure will be some hot bedroom bangers! Check for Battle of the Sexes this summer!
The Dream ft. Fabolous, Juelz, Rick Ross, and Luda - Rockin That Thang (REMIX)
Now this is a MAJOR video. The Dream forms Voltron with Ludacris, Fabolous, Juelz Santana and Rick Ross for the remix video to his major smash hit Rockin That Thang. Once again he brings in some sexy ladies to make the video complete. I've been rockin to this joint since January and I'm glad he's decided to shoot a video for the original AND the remix. The original version can be found on The Dream's sophomore LP, Love vs. Money set to hit stores tomorrow, March 10!

Keep it real, what brutha doesn't like a lady in the streets who can turn freak in the sheets? This song defines the perfect woman, top to bottom. I'm impressed at how Plies holds his own over this Swizz Beatz joint, while Luda ALWAYS delivers. This is a definite highlight from Theater of the Mind and a fitting choice for 3rd single. Not to mention the selection of eye candy. Oh yeah, my favorite? Lawyer chick...
The Dream - Rockin' That REMIX!!
The Dream's new CD Love Vs. Money is set to drop March 3rd, and the singles he's already dropped sound like this album is gonna be even better than his first!! Check out this heavy-hitters remix to Rockin' That Shit featuring Ludacris, Fabolous, Rick Ross and Juelz Santana! This jam was on repeat for me already but the remix just added a new level of hotness!!

ATL-Native Ludacris and Soulja Boy Tellem took to the stage at the Tabernacle in Atlanta for a free concert sponsored by AT&T in celebration of the SEC Football Championship game also held in ATL.

ATL-Readers, this one's for you: Ludacris and Soulja Boy are set to perform this Saturday, Dec. 6th at 8 p.m. at the Tabernacle in Atlanta for AT&T’s ‘Unofficial’ 2008 SEC Football Championship Afterparty.
Ludacris will perform some of his most popular songs as well as some new cuts from his album Theater of the Mind, which dropped on Nov. 24. Soulja Boy Tell’em, who will open the show beginning at 9 p.m. ET, plans to perform songs from his upcoming album, iSouljaBoyTellem, which drops Dec. 16.
Fans interested in attending this FREE concert can text ATTLUDA to 66937* for a mobile ticket good for two people. Mobile tickets will be delivered via text message by Dec. 3. Ludacris is a modern-day storyteller and has an unmatched ability to build mental images through his lyrical wordplay and his vocal inflections. He calls up the homies on Call Up The Homies, featuring The Game and Willy Northpole as the main characters partying in different cities where circumstances call for some major reinforcements.
The overall highlight of this album is its ability to paint vivid pictures in the mind of the listener. I could easily imagine a music video for each of these tracks. Again, there’s nothing really new here in terms of content, but

New Ludacris with Nas AND Jay-Z: I Do It For Hip-Hop
Is there really a better reason to do it? 3 of the hottest rappers on one blazing track... I Do It For Hip Hop is the latest from Luda's forthcoming album Theater of the Mind, due out on November 25. I've always respected Luda as a lyricist and a rapper and this track is just one of the reasons why. A lot of these new rappers need to hear this and really consider the reason they're doing music -- better yet, everyone should listen to this, no matter what you do. If you're doing anything for the money, or the fame or the superficial reasons, then your foundation isn't solid and it's sure to fall through eventually. But when you fully commit yourself to an art, if you do it for the love of the craft then success is both inevitable and immeasurable... chew on that.

Ludacris feat. T-Pain: ONE MORE DRINK
When creativity is defined in the Sound-Savvy dictionary, you will find both Ludacris & T-Pain's picture. Luda delivers more metaphors in his lyrics than a grocery store with fresh produce. T-Pain & his voice synthesizer adds that "it" factor to just about any artists' masterpiece-that is of course, depending on the artist. Though T-Pain can get rather annoying, you can't take away the fact, he's creative. Whomever wrote this treatment gets a GOLDEN STAR. I absolutely love the Dating & Drinkers Anonmyous meeting. I wonder how many times that reel had to be done, thanks to Katt Williams? We all can relate to the I had one too many drinks syndrome. Look for One More Drink on Luda's forthcoming release Theater of the Mind.

So......... I'm really excited about Ludacris' upcoming album, Theater of the Mind. Luda is one of few hip-hop artists with a consistent level of great music. I haven't heard a track with Ludacris on it that I didn't like (and he's got a LOT!), so I'm quite confident that this new one is a sure banger!! What do you get when a king of the ring teams up with a king of the mic? A double-sized knockout! That's the only way to describe Undisputed. This track is presumably the latest single from Luda's upcoming album Theater of the Mind due in stores November 25. I've said it before and I'll say it again: ever since Luda stepped in the game, he's been one of the best lyricists in the industry; his style is all his own and his metaphors are just plain sick!! I actually own all his albums so I feel more than justified vouching for him. If you know what's good for ya, you'll pick up Theater of the Mind. Shouts to my man Tank at iknowtank.com...
