Aubrey O'Day feat. Roscoe Umali - Never Fallin'
You can't take her pride, and you can't hold Aubrey O'Day down! Never Fallin' is the latest leaked track from the former Danity Kane star and it features rap newcomer (at least to me) Roscoe Umali. O'Day uses Never Fallin' to speak up for herself on a few public matters including her image, her group and her......chest? YES! Aubrey is currently working on her solo album and her new reality show as well.

Danity Kane may be done, but Aubrey O'Day is not! Check out her new release, a remastered cover of Eddie Murphy's 1985 hit Party All The Time. I actually kinda dig this joint, it's very party-able! LOL Not sure if this is just a promo single to get Aubrey back in your ears, but she's definitely working on her solo album and concurrently filming her own reality show. Nice work Aubrey...

When Diddy first disbanded Danity Kane, I felt bad for some of the girls in the group. Namely, Aundrea, Dawn, Shannon and D. Woods. And if you don't have Welcome to the Dollhouse you are REALLY missin out on one of the hottest albums of 2008!! It's not that I don't think Aubrey is talented; I mean come on, we saw her audition. Some part of me wonders though if she wanted to get ousted from the group so she could be more liberated.
"Liberating": that's the word she used to describe her recent Playboy photo shoot. I'd use this phrase: "potential FAIL". It seems the last few months Aubrey's been pulling all types of publicity stunts so that someone would shine a little spotlight over her way - from the gay rumors to her photoshoot with the infamous nude mag, Aubrey's grasping at straws to keep the electric eyes blinking at her. I'm guessing the next logical step is a little legal trouble... I, for one, thought she deserved to get booted out of the group. She was disrespectful to Diddy by undermining his authority and questioning his actions (*ahem*, he IS the boss...), and disrespectful to her fellow group members with her lack of concern for how her image reflects on the entire group - a group that she would be nothing without. She's allegedly working on a solo record, but if she doesn't prove her musical ability beyond these stunts, her Playboy shoot may be the beginning of the end for her. In the finale for Making The Band, it seemed that she was on a mission to disprove Diddy's impression of her... right now, she's not helping her case. She is the wild child, she is promiscuous, and she will do anything for a piece of the limelight. Aubrey, my dear... sit down...
